8-12 mins.

- Boil 250 ml hot water.
- Unzip this pouch and hold it stable. Take out the extra herbs bag.
- Pour the hot water into the pouch up to the inside marker 4.
- Stir well with a spoon and zip the pouch.
- Wait for 8-12 minutes
- For stronger taste put the extra herbs (optionally)
- Unzip your Soul Bowl and eat it straight from the pouch or pour it in a plate.
